Climate change is now at rage. North and south hemisphere are experiencing flooding. Most people are saying that rain pouring, flash floods are the worst.
North America (winter time) to Australia (summer time) are having cyclones and floods which were not normally experienced at this time of the year.
Is this a sign that climate is getting its toll?
